A scientific and practical seminar was held to discuss the results of the project “Regional study on parenting programs for parents/caregivers of adolescents in Belarus”

April 26, 2018 in the Institute of Philosophy held a scientific and practical seminar to discuss the results of the project “Regional study on parenting programs for parents/caregivers of adolescents in Belarus” performed in the framework of the agreement with the UN Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Belarus .

A national team of researchers consisting of Natalia Kutuzova (head of the Center for Globalization, Integration and Socio-Cultural Cooperation), researchers Mikhail Zavadsky (research officer), Timofei Lanin (graduate student), presented the results of the study, based on extensive empirical material.

According to the final results, it is planned to present a draft interagency National Plan, aimed at supporting parents of adolescents.

This project was carried out in the framework of a regional study initiated by UNICEF, simultaneously in six countries: Belarus, Moldova, Romania, Montenegro, Georgia, Bulgaria.
