International Baltic Competition of Philosophical Essay for Schoolchildren – 2020
Institute of philosophy of the NAS of Belarus together with the Faculty of philosophy and social sciences of the Belarusian State University and Belarusian Philosophical Society offer senior students to participate in the International Baltic Competition of Philosophical Essay for Schoolchildren – 2020, held by the Finnish and Norwegian Associations of Philosophical Societies with the support of UNESCO, dedicated to World Philosophy Day.
To apply for participation, it is necessary to fill out a participant’s questionnaire with motivation to participate in the competition by October 7 and send it to question@philosophy.by. The results of selection of applications will be announced on the evening of October 8.
The qualifying stage of the competition will take place on October 12, 2020 at the Faculty of philosophy and social sciences of the Belarusian State University (Kalvariyskaya Str. 9, room 525, Minsk). The competition will begin at 3 p.m.
The results of the qualifying stage will be announced on October 16, the International competition – on November 19.
