Institute of philosophy and Association “Promoting the development of integration, international socio-cultural and business cooperation” signed a cooperation agreement
On July 16, 2020, a meeting was held between the Director of the Institute of philosophy of the NAS of Belarus Anatoly Lazarevich and the Chairman of the Board of the Association “Promoting the development of integration, international socio-cultural and business cooperation” Sergey Lusch.
During the meeting, there were discussed the prospects of interaction between the Institute and the Association in the field of scientific, humanitarian and expert cooperation, implementation of the projects directed to strengthening international and republican social and humanitarian development in the field of Belarusian-Russian and Eurasian integration, as well as support and assistance to the Institute in implementation of integration projects, solving tasks to strengthen ethnocultural ties, expanding contacts with public associations and academic community of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, the EAEU, and the CIS. It was emphasized that a special role in cooperation between the Institute and the Association should be played by the projects aimed at attracting young people from Belarus and other countries of EAEU to the academic sector, popularization of science, especially social and humanitarian disciplines. Attention was paid to the formation of patriotism, as well as preservation and development of the values of the Belarusian society, their promotion in the Eurasian space.
Following the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed and joint projects for the near future were discussed.
