CHAPTER 9. EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE FIELD OF CULTURE
Article 45. Educational institutions in the field of culture
1. Educational institutions in the field of culture are institutions which are subordinate to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus or the main departments, departments, divisions of culture of the local executive and administrative bodies, and these institutions provide basic, specialized secondary, higher and postgraduate education, refresher training and retraining of workers of culture, as well as extracurricular upbringing and education in the field of culture.
2. Educational institutions which are not related to the educational institutions in the field of culture can solve some problems in the field of culture.
Article 46. Institutions of extracurricular upbringing and education in the field of culture
1. Institutions of extracurricular upbringing and education in the field of culture are institutions which carry out aesthetic-upbringing and educative functions through purposeful teaching of children and youth of various kinds of art, creating favorable conditions for development and realization of creative abilities, professional self-determination. A list of institutions of extracurricular upbringing and education in the field of culture is confirmed in accordance with the legislation.
2. The legal status and order of activities of institutions of extracurricular upbringing and education in the field of culture are confirmed in accordance with the legislation.
