Scientific personnel in the framework of innovation development in the Republic of Belarus

The collective monograph written on the base of sociological surveys shows the current state concerning scientific personnel and basic developments of human resources within sciences in terms of innovation movement.
The authors analyzed the current issues of reproduction of scientific personnel (staff) and identified the main ways to improve further the system of training for scientific workers of PhD-level. Also they showed what should be done for this system to be more effective.
Special attention is paid to young scientists, in particular, their salaries and rewards as well as their careers and promotion.
The book can be useful for those who are interested in staff policy in sciences.
