Transformation processes in Belarus and Russia: the social aspect

The scientific monograph discusses the processes of transformations that are taking place in modern Belarus and Russia.
The authors of the monograph used a civilization-based method to discuss some social problems of transformations in both states. They’ve identified the basic trends changing the social structure of both Belarusian society and Russian one.
Special attention is paid to transformation processes within population’s employment as well as social aspects of economical changes.
