The first volume of the three-volume “History of aesthetic thought of Belarus” is dedicated to the study of theoretical and artistic and creative aesthetic of our country from the Middle Ages till the border of the XIX – XX centuries. The content and specific character of historical types of art activities from the Middle Ages and the humanistic Renaissance till aesthetics of the Enlightenment, the Romanticism and folklore and national renascence aesthetics of the XIX century are reflected.
